Everything was well-maintained, the wifi was very good. Our room was new-fashioned and compact, with cosy decor. The continental breakfast was great, thoroughly enjoyed its service.

The hotel is intimate and beautifully designed and appointed. The staff is outstanding - helpful and courteous. The dining room is outstanding, for ambiance, service, and quality and variety of the food.

Location very close to Union Square / theater district, and the other end of the Pier area. For shots visit Jones, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Outstanding service, parking nearby.

The room was a decent size and had convenient decor. The breakfast food, especially the coffee and tea, was excellent.- The accommodation had a central setting right next to everything.- The staff were extraordinarily friendly and amiable and assisted us with public parking.

The gym in the basement was very convenient, and the restaurant was exactly what I needed for one of the nights. Friendly staff. Easy to use, reliable WiFi. Although I did not need any of these items, I noticed that they have cell phone chargers, power adaptors, and other essential gadgetry at the front desk in case you forget yours.
It is pricey, but in line with similar hotels nearby.

If you are a shopper the location is great for Union Square. Service from every member of staff was exemplary (Reception, Waitstaff and Housekeeping).
Our room was probably not what I would call "value for money" and very small i.e. lack of floor space for two mid-sized suitcases. Long delay for hot water for the shower in the evenings.

Unbeatable and excellent location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Marrakech Magic Theater. Big rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds.

Beautifully restored old hotel with great attention to every detail. Perfect Union Square location. Staff were friendly and professional. Comfortable bed, thick guest robes, pet-friendly, beautiful decor.
The only complaint is the expensive valet parking - $50 per night. We parked in a public lot just around the corner for $30 instead.
